Ordered the wrong size top hats, I gave Achilles a quick phone call it was resolved that instant. In an age where being shuffled around when there is a issue with a product/order, having a team with a quick resolve is definitely exists here. I know they are busy and they took the moment to help me out thank everyone! 5 thumbs up.

Mino and Amy are awesome! They are very friendly and helpful with all the questions I have and they get back to you within a good time frame so no waiting around. Mino is very knowledgeable and awesome at what he does, he is so informative and helpful with every question I've had. They make sure you understand what you're purchasing, insuring you are getting the part you need. The time and consideration they put into each customer really give a great personal experience and make me feel important. This is why I will continue to choose Achilles for all of my vehicle needs!

I placed a late evening order online for some valve guides. Called the next day to confirm size & schedule for delivery.

I was surprised with a lowering of the shipping cost as well as a 2day delivery, completely instigated by Achilles.

Great communication combined with the necessary parts delivered in short order, it does not get any better than that.

Thanks Ann, you guys are the best!

5 of 5 E36 M3 oil pump/pickup + baffle April 10, 2019

I ordered  and installed and ran a reinforced oil pump/pickup and baffle for my E36 M3 and didn't attempt to return the core until a year later.  I received prompt and friendly service from Achilles when I finally sent them an email.  They even followed up with me when I was slow to return a phone call. Thank you!
