| How do I complete my International Order & Send Payment? | |
| To begin your order simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be asked to enter your Shipment information. You must select "Wire Transfer" as payment method, then complete the rest of the checkout process. Once you submit the order be sure to print the appropriate International Wire Transfer Forms. As soon as we receive your order we will calculate your total shipping charges and provide you with the final amount to be paid via Wire Transfer. | |
| What is your international shipping policy? | |
When completing your order, the shipping prices shown are estimates. Due to international shipping policies sometimes alternative shipping methods are required that may incur extra fees, once you complete the checkout process please wait for us to confirm the correct shipping charges before sending payment via Wire Transfer. All applicable taxes, duties and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Achilles Motorsports, Inc. is not responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier, broker, foreign government, or customs agencies.

Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or ceased. No refund will be available if the shipment is ceased or abandoned. | Do you ship to my country? | |
| Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, please Click Here to email us a list of the items you are interested in and your complete shipping address. | |
| What are my payment choices? | |
| Due the the increasing amounts of fraudulent international orders a Wire Transfer is the only acceptable method of payment for International Orders, all others will be declined once your order is submitted. This has been mandated by company policy and is unfortunately not flexible. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| When completing your order, the shipping prices shown are estimates, after you complete your order we will calculate the finalized shipping charges and send you your options and total to send via Wire Transfer. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. | |
