I recently ordered a Euro oil filter housing for my build and the vanos line conversion hose. I did not like in the picture the fitting were red and blue, I would prefer them in black. I emailed them requesting if this was something they could accommodate. They were able to accommodate my request, and kept me informed through the whole process. Even emailed me on the weekend (when they were closed) to let me know the order was received and they would work on it the following business day. I received a follow up when the part was done and was shipped and received it later that week!
