Customer service was spectacular.  Super easy installation with the provided instructions.  Hardest part is the safety wire!

It seems BMW has stopped supplying the oil pump gear alone which is unfortunate but Mino gave me a call to let me know and was able to deduct the added cost before it got charged so excellent customer service.

Shaft shipped fast. Packaging was decent.
I pulled my oil pump this weekend. Pressing in the replacement was pretty easy using my press. It would have been nice to have torque info for the pump bolts in the instructions.

Well, these guys have been amazing to deal with. I mistakenly ordered the m54 oil pump upgrade when I should have ordered the s52 one, and by the time I called ( it was only 30 min after ) it was already shipped! One of the guys went out of his way to ship it to me that same day! When I told them what happened they got everything handled and shipped me my new part as soon as possible! Can't say boning but good things!
