Achilles Motorsports Rebuilt Single Vanos Units will eliminate the well known and often annoying problems associated with BMW's Vanos system known for causing poor engine performance. The new Teflon seals and Viton O-rings replace the OEM seals with longer lasting materials to restore engine performance and help to improve gas mileage. The internal bearings are properly adjusted to factory specification using our rattle eliminating shim to rid your car of that infamous Vanos Rattle.

- I will send My Vanos To Be Rebuilt: You send in your Vanos to Achilles Motorsports and as long as it is in working and rebuildable condition we can professionally service and rebuild it, then send it back to you. (Typically a 2-3 Day Turnaround Once Unit Is Received)
- Send Me A Rebuilt Unit & I'll return a core: We collect a $150 refundable core charge and send you an Rebuilt, ready to install Vanos Unit that has been serviced. Then once you return your Vanos unit you can receive a $100 refund for the core as long as it is in working and rebuildable condition. (Allows the least amount of downtime for your car)
